In addition to the rent, we require a deposit as guarantee against damages. The security deposit will be given back after your staying, depending of room/house conditions.  All guests are requested to maintain the premises at the same conditions that they find it at their arrival.

If you stay more than four weeks, we offer discounted monthly prices as above.

Our rates include all household expenses (electricity, gas, water etc.) and Wi-fi Internet connection. There are no extra costs or agency fees!

In general, we require a minimum stay of 2 weeks. We would recommend to book your accomodation at least 4 weeks prior to arrival in Dublin. Short notice requests (less than 4 weeks) are subject to availability.

Depending on availability, we have smaller rooms for cheaper rates. For further information and availability, do not hesitate to contact us.
