We are specialized in house-sharing accommodation for short and medium term letting. That means that we rent single/double/twin rooms into apartments or houses with other students and young professionals. It's a great opportunity to meet your first friends in Dublin!
We do not offer studio apartments or host family accommodation. We can accommodate groups of 3 to 6 people in the same apartment. Bigger groups will be split in different houses. |
Why short-term only?There are no translations available.
Minimum letting period is 2 weeks. However, depending on availability we might offer shorter lettings (even 2-3 nights). Our maximum term is 3 or 4 months. We recommend our guests to find an independent accommodation for longer stay. |

VivaHouse Dublin guests are students, young professional or tourist who spend a limited period of time in Dublin. Our guests age is generally between 20 and 35 years-old. Our guests are coming from differently nationalities, european and rest of the world.
If you decide to take a twin room, you will share it with a same gender person. |

All our houses are located in proximity of Dublin city centre. We believe that the best position for our customers to enjoy the city is to live at walking distance to main tourists attractions, schools of English and Dublin nightlife entertainment. When you stay at our properties, you don't need any other transports than your feet!

Can I book the room before coming to Dublin? There are no translations available.
VivaHouse Dublin gives the possibility to book a room either when are in Dublin or before coming to Dublin. You book a room in advance by paying a 10% deposit. In order to avoid negative expectations, we try to offer as many details as possible before booking a room, including location, pictures and other information that you may find useful.
If you are not happy of room when you come to Dublin, we do our best to find an alternative solution that satisfy our customers' needs. |

VivaHouse premises are fully furnished regarding bedrooms ( bed linen, duvets, pillows, chair,wardrobes), kitchen (kitchenware for cooking, refrigerator, washing machine, tea maker) and living room (sofa, table, chairs, TV, internet connection). Every house/apartment has some essential facilities such as iron, iron-board, broom, vacuum cleaner. Towels and other personal items such as toilet paper, soap, cleaning products are not included. |

At check-in time. If your staying is over 4 weeks, you will be paying monthly rents at the first day of your staying (ex. if you enter the house on the 10th June, you pay the same day and then 10th of July, 10th of August) |

Properties do not have their own reception desk. Once your booking is confirmed, we will arrange an appointment with the guest at the house or at our office to deliver the keys. |

What are check-in and check-out times?There are no translations available.
Check-in time is from 12pm to 10pm. Time is arranged with VivaHouse Dublin staff depending on your arrival time in Dublin. Check-in is not allowed after 10pm. If your flight is landing in the late evening, we recommend you to book a hotel/hostel for 1 night and arrange the check-in at our property the morning after.

Can a booking be extended?There are no translations available.
Yes, if you wish to book only few weeks and, if you like the place, you can extend your staying. Depending on availability the room might already be booked: in this case, VivaHouse Dublin will offer you alternative accommodation.
